Where to find OMFI file format specification?

I'm writing an application that needs to export data to the OMF file
format. I could swear that just last week there was a www.omfi.org
web site, but now when I go there I get a "page not found" error at
the Avid web site. Does anyone know where I could download the
specification for this file format?

Thanks very much,
