Hello I have an Avid MC900 Running Media Composer 6.5 on a Quadra 950. Although I am familiar with troubleshooting NLEs in general, not specifically the Avid. Presently we cannot get the Audio to output. Is there perhaps a missing extension or something else that may hinder audio functionality? This is an older Nubus audio board with a digital in/out and a stereo in/out . Also, from time to time when playing back a long sequence, we experience red digital "garbage" supered over the video on both the output and Avid monitor. This is usually followed by a shifting (drifting) of the image position to the left (also on both displays) . Is there somewhere in software that I have to tell it to use internal/external reference? I am presently not using an external reference. Please cc all replies to markmartinez@bigfoot.com Thanks, Mark Martinez On Site Services Rogue River, OR
