A relink question. On the Avid Symphony ver 1 for win nt, I have been having
trouble getting a sequence to relink, when the new sequence <that i'm
attempting to relink to> has group clips in it. When I batch digitze I
de-select the "digitize all clips in groups" selection. What it boils down to
basically is that, The people supplying me with the new sequence are on another
avid 1000 mac and they are having me digitize, the not quite done sequence with
120 frame handles,  then giving me a new sequence to relink to, and even though
they did not add any new clips to it <they just slid around exsisting shots>
the avid wanted to digitize about 20 minutes of footage, after it was done the
clips digitized were all group shots. 


Here is basically the deal. We take a sequence from the mac avid off of a disk,
open the bin, then we batch digitize the sequence, then we try and relink to a
new sequence, and we do have the "digitize all clips in a group" turned
off...so does anyone know whats up  with this? any help would be aperciated
