I've been lurking on this list for a couple of weeks and have yet to see any
posts. Forgive me if I'm having mail trouble locally, but if you, too, are
lurking, drop me a line and give me an idea of what this list is all about.

I use Avid and Digidesign software, and would love to swap tips.

Have also been lurking for 2 weeks, but seen nothing.
I just assumed there was no one here.
But thanks to your bravery I now know better.

There is more action on the following newsgroups . . . (which are mostly the
same)

alt.video.avid-editors
alt.video.avid_editors

But just in case, I am going to post my questions to all 3 newsgroups.

I'm on the other groups, too, but the topics seem rather vague. We should be
appreciative of Avid's ProNet discussion group.

I'll be lurking, just in case users find something unique to do with this
list!
