When I open Outlook express I get an =91error=92 message, which reads;

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site =
file://C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~2\SIGNUP\Infop.htm. The system cannot find the =
path specified

I simply accept this message and everything works fine. I cannot find =
anything to adjust which would prevent this message occurring but had no =
more care of it until a friend experienced a =91similar=92 message. I =
can=92t remember what he said his message was - but it=92s different to =
mine. He hadn=92t received it until some recent amendments and changes =
on his system caused him to have to reconfigure or reload software and =
now he gets it. Like me, it=92s nothing more than an inconvenience, but =
I=92d now like to amend the problem. Any Ideas where I should look or =
what I should change?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
