Your need to list what type of card you have in your system right now. What
type of card are your modem and sound card? Are they ISA or PCI? What you
have is IRQ Conflict between your plug and play devices and non-plug and play
devices. It also depends on where did you place your card. The PCI slot next
to the ISA slot share the same IRQ thus they tends to cause problem. Do you
have any diagnostic program for your modem card? Do you have network card in
your computer? There could be many other factors. Your might need to capture
an image of the IRQ list and post it so people can help you. Good Luck.
