Has anyone heard of the NEC Radical PC Theater Audio 25 Watt Sub-system
with 5-band EQ?

Is is even made by NEC? Is it still in production and if not where can I
get authoritative evidence of it? I got rip'd off by the Internet Shopping
Network (owned by the Home Shopping Network) they said it was new, factory
sealed--bull!!!!

I want to persue legal action but after I get all the facts.
