Please be aware that circuit city will only agree that you are unsatisfied
with one of thier products if and only if it falls into within their
guidelines......

eg. 1 year ago i bought a big screen TV, paid over $2000.00 in the
transaction, even purcharsed a 3 year "ESP+" (Extended Service Plan
plus...)

10 months later, the TV brokedown.....called to get it serviced....7
weeks later, i get my TV back, (missed all the ACC playoffs, NCAA
playoffs, as well as several Nascar races, etc. the very reasons i
bought the TV!) ok, i thought, they fixed it, it should be ok....3
weeks later, it breaks down again, it's been two weeks since i called
them, and it's going to be another week before it's fixed....NOW....

I tried to get them here today, not gonna happen, i am only available to
be home on Fridays.... therefore i am not satisfied with my service,
the TV, or Circuit City.....i have spent.....wait let me correct
that.....i have blown several thousands of dollars at Circuit City, my
credit account remains paid off....... AND IT'S GOING TO STAY THAT
WAY!!!

I also use my TV with my computer, or at least i did....last year...

My entire family agrees with me....they will no longer shop at Circuit
City, and the word is spreading......I hope...

I told Circuit City that i was planning on putting my story and opinion on
the internet and their concern was no more than "go ahead, nobody will
care anyway..." well....maybe not..... but if this makes you stop and
think before going to Circuit City.....then my objective is complete.....

feel free to email me....

"SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" - That's Circuit City's LIE!!!!
