Now keep in mine that that is only the number that are unresloved and is
probably a far cry
number from the number of unsatisfied customers they have!

I also just had taken by them! After trying all day to get any kind of answer
about my order 
out of them they final just gave up and hung-up!  My complaint is for the same
thing as the 
reasons above!

Please warn other people, so companies like this won't keep praying on consumers
trust!
