As the list administrator of the az-sf list, I can easily confirm that it
passes a good deal more traffic than many of the az.* groups.  Probably 
it needs a group.

Someone else will have to handle the vote, not only am I basically outvoted
on what makes a good newsgroup, but I am way, way too busy to handle a vote
right now.
