The proposal for az.sf is defeated by lack of interest.  There were
twenty votes.  Fifteen people voted yes, and five people voted no.
The minimum number of yes (150) votes was not reached, nor was a 100 vote
majority of yes votes established.  A summary of the voting is provided 
below.  A mailing list is suggested for this topic.
