problem is, people may not want to wade in thru az.general just to find 
the notice.. 

put the information out where it can be found, in a fashion that does not 
dilute the content by having too much 'general' traffic around it...

I can't see a seperate group causing any LARGER traffic...

I can't see a seperate group causing more use of bandwidth...

same number of messages either way... so make the group and let the chips 
fall..

if it doesn't interest you.. don't subscribe...
