ISP options in Scottsdale

I currently have Cox and not satisfied.  I can't get DSL (long story).
So what are my options?  I can't seem to find a fiber ISP out here
(like FIOS, for example).  I've also heard APS is testing their ISP
service but I can't find anything about it.

Can anyone tell me what my options are, if any?  Does anyone have any
links to said options?
