Kelly, you're not making any points with those of us who are very satisfied with InternetNow, particularly no busy signals, fast connections (never less that 28.8 with a 33.6 modem and 49.3 with an X2) and tech support people that answer the phone on the rare occasions they are needed. My suggestion to you would be get a positive attitude towards life and pay more attention to your credit cards. You might want to try MCI, ATT or Goodnet, then you will no doubt appreciate the fine service a small ISP like InternetNow gave you.
