        The last few months have seen greater and greater numbers of
        people from outside our state using the AZ.* groups for their
        personal advertising space.  

        Instead of passing the AZ.* groups to all upstream providers,
        I'm suggesting we only crossfeed them within the Arizona
        Providers.

        What say you, news admins of

                net99,  aces,           azstarnet,      ua,
                asu,    nau,            getnet?
