I have been on Indirect.com since early February.  Only lately have there been 
busy signals.  But they have been very bad the last week or so.  Seems to be 
more chance than anything else that lets you log on in the evening when I like 
to send email.

However, I called their Phoenix number and aside for the fact that I got their 
recording for the better part of an hour until I finally reached a human, I 
found the support adequate.  And at that time I mentioned the RNA's which have 
been excessive lately as well.  Was told that the phone lines were in the 
process of being fixed that day so that there would not be so many RNA's AND 
that the phone company was installing more lines at the same time.  If this is 
so, access should improve at nights as of now.
