🚀 go-pugleaf

I am an Indirect customer.  Know how frustrating it is to try to log on and 
not be able to get through the busy signals.  Or if you have their system hang 
after you get the connect message but before your id and password are 
requested.  And it has been frustrating to call them and get the recording 
that says nogthing time after time.

BUT last night may have been different.  I tried to log on and all three 
channels just rang.  So I called them.  Got a recording.  But this time the 
recording explained that there was no electric power in their part of the city 
and that there backup power supply had taken care of closing and saving files 
before it quit.  Somewhat lagter I was able to get to the connect message.  So 
I called again and the woman who answered politely explained the situation to 
me and gave me an estimated up time.  

That in my opinion was good service.  And though I hope there are no more 
power failures, if there are any further calamities, hope they handle them in 
such a reasonable mannefr.
