Goodnet vs.Primenet?

My wife is an ASU student and she just got an offer from Goodnet for much
less than we're paying now. Is the service and access on Goodnet really
good? How much space do you get for your web pages? How does it compare to
Primenet? Any guidance will be appreciated.
