(Not to bite the hand that feeds me, but...)
The first sixth months I was on their service they _forgot_ to charge me. 
I had to send them e-mail 8 times, and then call 4 more before they
started billing me.  _Then_, they started over-charging me.  Their
customer service is mediocre at best, and they have a bit of a prima-donna
attitude towards their customers.  I have been programming/using computers
for nearly 15 yearsand on the net for 5, yet when I write e-mail or call
for help, I am treated with a "Why are you calling are you some kind of
idiot?" Attitude.  It's really frustrating.

I hear Netzone makes housecalls... nice.
I'm going to be hooking up with Netzone soon...
