When I put my pages up, I was looking at another web page 
that said to use a MakeDir command to create a web directory.
I followed those directions and later found out that they 
don't work.  Then I found out that I have to email admin to 
request a web account.  I did that, then sent the files up and 
after some troubleshooting with the help of customer support, I 
eventually found out that I was sending the files to my home 
page directory instead of the www directory.  I noticed that 
the page at http://www.indirect.com/IL-howto.html doesn't 
mention that you have to email admin for a web account. Now 
I wonder whether I really didn't have to email admin for a web 
account or if that was just left out of the instructions.

Perhaps the problems that I had were not because of lack of 
information but rather because of extra incorrect or outdated 
information.  Clarifying that the home pages are in such and 
such a directory and that web pages are in such and such a 
directory sure would have helped me.
