That was a definite improvement for me.  I know have a much better idea of
what to expect.  And it never would have occurred to me, for example, that
the con suite was open to everyone.

My next suggestion would be to have the department heads supply you with
more specific information that you can include in the blurbs.  That may
not be possible a year in advance, but you should include them as they
become available.
