B5 at McDuffy's/Bash on Ash Update!

Thanks to the response, we've gotten enough people planning
to attend that we will have McDuffy's Bash on Ash nightclub
all to ourselves tonight!

They will have a Bartender on hand and two waitresses
to handle food orders. Minors will be allowed (they will
be banded so that they aren't served any drinks). Entry
will be via McDuffy's front door on 5th Street (opening
the Bash on Ash's door would require an extra doorman).
We will have a "hat" for extra donations towards
tips for the bartender and waitress since the bartender
will not likely make as much as working a concert or
a regular bar night.

The nightclub has several large screen TVs, a full
sound system (used for concerts) and we'll have it all
to ourselves, no basketball, hockey games, or racetrack
simulcasts going on.

We'll have some posters and CDs to give away
(courtesy of KUTP-45). Representatives of Precedence
Publishing who have put out a Babylon 5 collectible card
game are planning on being there as well.

The In The Beginning Prequel movie starts at 6 pm,
the re-edited pilot movie, The Gathering starts at
8 pm with the Guide to Babylon 5 right after that
for those that haven't seen it. Try to be there by
5:30 pm to get settled in and get your food ordered.

McDuffy's is at 5th Street and Ash in Tempe, Arizona.
Ash is one block west of Mill Avenue and fifth street
is a few blocks north of University.
