I just got a flyer from a company called "Slanted Fedora" who is going to put
on a Sci-Fi convention in Tucson at the Tucson Broadway Holiday Inn on June
6th & 7th (Sat & Sun). Guests include Nichelle Nichols, James Doohan, George
Takei, Walter Koenig, Stephen Furst, and Chase Masterson. All guests will be
signing autographs both days. Advance ticket prices range from reserved
seating all weekend ($50) to general admission for 1-day ($20). The
convention includes all the usual events plus a banquet with the stars and a
dance on Saturday night for an additional $35.
In addition they will have a sword fighting demonstration.
