Subject: Meeting and pot luck

The next Westercon 2004 Bid meeting will be tomorrow, Friday, Sept 22, at
Craig's house, 7213 N 37th Drive in Phoenix. If you need directions call
602-973-2341 or email me for a map. We will have a potluck before the
meeting. People are welcome anytime starting around 5PM, meeting is
scheduled for probably 7-7:30 range depending on how long we linger over
food. If you arrive before 5PM you get to help me clean.

Which brings us to food....

My jaw still hurts so we are having nice soft lasagna.
We will also provide coffee and ice tea and water.

Bob & Lori are bringing salad (we have plenty of salad dressings left from
the cons and I encourage people to be experimental and finish some of them
off)

We will need:

Bread
Dessert
If Rick wants to make fruit salad I won't say no :)
Munchies, if people want them.

Stephanie
