This is an ORIGINAL silkscreen on paper with the linnen backing in the
large format 64x48(ish) in a beautiful frame. Many people claim to be
selling originals but they are not. May of the reproductions are
prints, NOT silkscreens and have the words "l'instant taittinger" in a
black rectangle. This is not accurate. Also, the originals have a thin
brown strip along the bottom. The third clue is the color, there is a
greater tonal range in the originals and Grace's dress is not solid
black...

Please see http://www.ligeti.com/taittinger/ for pictures...

This peice was purchased in a galley in downtowm palo alto in the SF
Bay Area about two years ago. I am making room for a plasma tv so this
has to go... $1500 for this item is a steal but I need to get rid of
it quickly so i'm sacrificeing it...

Here is one that recently sold for $1500, unframed...

If you are interested in a local sale (SF Bay Area), I will entertain
reasonable offers. This is a very large item and will be expensive to
ship. I will pack it professioanally in protective materials and ship
it in a wooden crate insured for replacement value.

I would prefer a local sale but will ship anywhere in the continental
US. Buyer pays for crating materials and actual shipping costs. The
crate will be approximately 72"x52"x4" and will be shipping from zip
code 94022.
