Yeah, I got really toasted on Sunday too. Not sure what I could have done about it. The sun. I had plenty of fluids and sufficient food.

Not as long a ride as yours, about 70 miles, but it did include the overstated, imo, Marshall wall and Bolinas-Fairfax.

Went out Tuesday too. Tried to get out early, but didn't make it until 10. Really hot. Couldn't postpone for the evening as we were going out to dinner.
