There are a couple of used bike shops in the SF Bay Area. Don't know if any of them will have ultegra/105 10spd cassettes, but you can always call.

The biggest one is probably Trips for Kids up in San Rafael, CA. They have alot of stuff with boxes of parts.

In the east bay, check out Recycles Bicycles in Berkeley on Sacramento St.

In SF, there's pedal revolution and another shop (bicycle kitchen? or something like that), both in the mission. 

Finally, I think there's a used shop down in East Palo Alto, but you'll have to do some searching. Good Luck!
