We're looking for a road bike (though a mtn bike would be considered) for my wife of relatively recent vintage, say 2005 or later. But we're open.

Approx 48-50 cm; 51 might do.

Nothing fancy but at least moderate equipment, moderate weight and moderate/low price. A few hundred dollars at most.

I'm hoping someone here might have one sitting in the garage or such that hasn't been ridden in a while and is unlikely to be in the near or distance future and there's not that sentimental attachment to it that prevents its being parted.

You can email me at: yirgster -at- semantic -dot- com

(Pls forgive if a similar post has appeared, but google said there was problem in posting it and if didn't appear to try again. It's been several hours now.)
