Last week, Thu or Fri, a fuckhead in full bicycle regalia decides to ride 
down Sacramento street at 5:30 pm, in the middle of rush hour, "racing" at 
about 15 mph, in the exact middle of the lane,  holding up a huge line of 
rush hour traffic.  I managed to persuade him to move over with my car and 
horn.  No one was hurt this time.
