Who knows; you may already be a member: http://pdxcacophony.org/events/ I've done a few pranks in PDX. I put some very official looking "No Sitting" signs on two park benches. What amazed me was that the younger folks obeyed but the elderly were very self-righteous about it, looked around and did things like fold their arms and "harrumph" and stuff to let the world know that they weren't going to let any sign stop them from sitting on a bench.
