means limited to platitudes.

Charter:

Unmarked off-topic materials, binaries (except PGP-type signatures),
advertising (spam), excessive posting, cancel attacks, virus infected
binaries, html-encoded postings, and abusive cross postings are
prohibited.

All posts (messages) must be in plain text only and be human-readable.

Justification:

Observers have noted that this individual on average (when active)
posts at least 100 times a day.  This person often is involved in
multi-week, multi-hundred plus threads.  A search of John Navas's
*latest* email address <spamfilter@navasgrp.dublin.ca.us> pulls up
over 52,000 matches.  Given the sheer volume of activity, not to
mention the often didactic nature of his posts, it should be no
surprise that he would garner attention to more than the subject matter
of his writing.

While value judgements are more than welcome, it is my goal that
posters focus objectively on the validity of assertions and the
nature and consistency of opinions made by Mr. Navas.  Any discussion
regarding Mr. Navas himself (within legal grounds), including, but
not limited to, personal contact, correspondence, or history
(both on and off-line), is encouraged.
