My GE Profile products are slowly killing themselves, or simply
giving up their electronic ghosts simultaneously.

First there was my GE Profile oven. Spark-showered my kitchen
one day after I set it to warm up at a mild 250F. Exciting but
maddening, especially since I didn't have a back-up plan for
dinner that night. I called the business I purchased the oven
from and they recommended R&G. The repairman was willing to
come that night but I figured the next day was good enough. The
guy diagnosed and fixed it perfectly.

The next Profile item was my Dishwasher. Again, a call to R&G
and they were there within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem,
suggested a solution, and I ran with it. I hated the dishwasher
anyway so he essentially gave me an excuse to scrap it.

The next item was my GE Profile washer, one of a set. The
washer's spindle and the motor that turns everything went out
together, in the middle of a cycle. I'd been reading up on
front loaders and this seemed like providence smiling on Clan
Ranger. I called R&G again, and a repairman was there within 24
hours again. He diagnosed the problem, told me the cost, and
that made this swap-out easy.

Yesterday, in the middle of a load, the GE Profile Dryer was
found wanting. A call to R&G, a quick diagnosis, and I'll be
adding yet another appliance.

R&G's repairmen are knowledgeable, prompt (if they promise to
be there at a certain time, they are _there_), and I found them
solidly competent. I would have no problem continuing to use
them for all my appliance issues.

If you're in the South Bay, and have an appliance give out,
give 'em a call!
