Yep, I have no complaints about Comcast's TV and
Internet - (except no Usenet) - when I call them it's
like talking to the lowest paid Frys employee.
Asking questions like "Can I get a fixed IP" or 
"What is the alternate DNS server number" can
trigger a half hour delay before a half-right answer.
