This is the occasional announcement of GAME NIGHT, every Wednesday from 7:30 to 10pm at Muddy's Coffeehouse, Valencia/24th in San Francisco. Now starting our *5th* month, we get about 10 to 13 players each week. Most are Internet users, men and women, ages about 25 to 45. Everyone is welcome to stop by -- bi, straight, gay, undefined, single, married, hermit, whatever. The only thing we care about: you're into games. The coffeehouse is ON Valencia, 1 block west of the 24th Street BART station, or from Noe Valley, just walk down 24th, 4 blocks east. What kinds of games? All kinds. The only restrictions: please no dungeon or magic games or games lasting for hours. This is a friendly social night with people who like to play and chat. Typically, we play card games such as spades and hearts, and Trumpet; board games such as Scrabble, chess, etc. You don't know these games? No problem. We'll teach you. Also, feel free to bring along a game to show us! -- (c) 1995 parle: A discussion of differing viewpoints. David Kaye
