If you're interested in helping teenagers in need, contact Giaretto
Institute in San Jose and ask for Susan Sullivan. (408) 453-7611. The
kids are victims of incest and are in foster care or such. They are
worthy of your time. I am a volunteer there. I have learned a great deal
about children, how to relate to them, why parents often don't and not
insignificantly, I've learned alot about my shortcomings and strengths.
If you like reading, try "Someone Else's Children". It describes kids
caught in the govt system designed to help them and why it can't and why
you are needed to stand in the gap.
