Very close to Willow Glen in San Jose, I am looking to rent out two rooms
and a bath. Walk to outdoor cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, art shops...
home offers many amenities -fireplace, cable, and garage parking. I am
looking for someone who is stable, can pay their rent on time, who are
comfortable living with and interacting.

It is a brand new house and would be available first week of May to move in.
I am an asian male in my mid thirties working for a hi tech company in the
bay area. The rooms will be ideal for husband and wife or a couple who are
looking for two rooms and a bath. You will have your privacyand quiteness
but still the comforts of a big house with yard and living room. I am
looking for professionals who are quite and clean working in the bay area.
Cal train and light rail stations are very close by.

One month deposit along with references required. Rent is negotiable for the
resposible folks with good credit history. No drugs, pets, smokers please.
