Hi,

I am moving to a new place and since I need to give my current rental
company one month advance notice I would like to sublease my current
appartment. My rent is $1,315 per month. However you can sublease it for
$1000 for the month of July with utilities included. There will be $500
deposit and it will be returned to you after one month since I need to
verify telephone bill and so on.

to continue the lease at my rental price if you like. The current rent for
the appartment has gone higher.

The appartment will be shown 7/1 and 7/2 (Saturday dn Sunday). Please let me
