A perfect 'one of a kind' pad for _any_ motorhead, SUV lover, water sports enthusiast, etc. Our Cupertino home has been great for the last 11 years, but due to a job relocation it is sadly time to sell. This awsome garage with a nice 4-bedroom house attached has 4 Stanley roll-up doors, and a 14' rolling gate to access the back side of the property- and it is surrounded by large cement pads- (the large outdoor slab is approx. 40' x 40'). Another long cement driveway also extends back through a 10' gate to the Lonna Ln. side of the garage. Oh, and there is enough room left for a modest back lawn and a strip for a garden. Must see- and have toys ;-) to appreciate- See listing at http://www.cuptprop.com/houses/10512lonna.htm and make an appointment to go visit! We are not quite moved out yet, but let me know if you have any questions- call Bob at (530) 676-2678 (Work) or (530) 676-7641 (Eves) (408) 252-5471 (Local) and let's talk- email: nicegarage@no_spam_please_vmoa.org

I always thought a roof was generally a given when you bought a house. :-P -- Mark Olton 2002 EX500 AMA #473644 "Timberwoof" <timberwoof.spam@infernosoft.com> wrote in message news:timberwoof.spam-0DE30D.10332523102002@typhoon.sonic.net... > Here's my back-of-the-envelope price estimate, based on metrics I > developed while house-hunting in my neighborhood: > > six-car garage: $200k > 4 bedrooms: $200k > kitchen: $75k > living room: $50k > dining room: $50k > 2 bathrooms: $50k > roof: $100k > Cupertino: $100k > > total price: $825k > > Hey, this works! > > Cool. > > -- > Timberwoof <timberwoof at infernosoft dot com> > http://www.infernosoft.com/timberwoof/motorcycle/index.html > a motorcycle faq: http://www.infernosoft.com/timberwoof/motorcycle/faq.shtml
