The landlords are leaving! We are moving out of our shared house.  There 
are four rooms available in this 7 bedroom, 5-bathroom house.

All rooms have cable TV jacks and phone jacks.  Wireless DSL throughout 
house. Maid service for all bathrooms and common areas, and garden 
service every two weeks included.  Cable TV service included. All 
utilities included except a private phone line if you choose to activate 
it, and a share in the DSL if you choose to share it.

ROOM 1 ($640/month):

     * Upstairs room is 12 1/2ft x 8 1/2ft, unfurnished, carpeted, and 
has closet measuring 4ftx2ft deep.
     * Large east facing window runs the width of the room.
     * Hallway bathroom with shower and tub is shared with one other
person.

ROOM 2 ($720/month):

     * Upstairs room is 12ft x 10 1/2ft, furnished, and has closet 
measuring 8ftx2ft deep, hardwood floors.
     * Sliding doors access large tiled wrap-around tree-lined balcony, 
with covered patio.
     * Private bathroom with shower and tub inside room.
     * Wired Ethernet in room.

ROOM 3 ($620/month):

     * Downstairs room is approximately 11 1/2ft x 8 1/2ft, unfurnished, 
carpeted, and has closet measuring 4ftx2ft deep.
     * Semi-private (hallway) bathroom with shower and tub goes with the 
room.

ROOM 4 ($580/month):

     * Downstairs room is approximately 10 1/2ft x 8ft, unfurnished, 
carpeted, and has closet measuring 4ftx2ft deep.
     * Large east facing window looks out over the backyard garden.
     * Semi-private (hallway) bathroom with shower and tub goes with the 
room.

HOUSE:

     * Kitchen has skylight, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and is fully 
stocked with dishes and appliances.
     * Living room has Cable TV, skylight and comfy furniture.
     * Backyard - complete with grills, perfect for summer BBQ's!
     * Guest room for extra visitors.
     * Washer and dryer in house.

4 minutes drive to Hwy 101, 20 minutes to Stanford, 5 minutes to

Current tenants are all employed professionals and Stanford students. 
All are easy-going and friendly. We are looking for people who would 
like to see and interact with their housemates and participate in 
occasional house events, but who also have a life outside of the house. 
  Mellow landlords and small baby are moving out of the house, so there 
will be some time where they will be occupying portions of the house.

6 month minimum commitment acceptable, but 1 year preferred.

First month's rent and deposit of one month's rent required for
move-in.
