I rent a house in Willow Glen, San Jose with a room available. I live 3
houses off Lincoln, in the heart of Down Town Willow Glen. I am literally
steps from pizza, coffee, bagels, bars and so much more. The house is a 2/1
with a 1 car garage and a basement with lots of storage room. I am currently
re-landscaping the back yard and just put in a hot tub.

I am 32, male, single, very easy going. I like movies and music of all types
and I like to cook. I'm looking to find someone that I can have a
conversation with but still knows how to respect the privacy of others.

Rent is $750 plus � utilities (usually around $100/mo. ea.) Will consider
reduced rent for a commuter. The room is available now.
