i recently had two roommates decide to head out for cheaper
pastures, so i have two
rooms opening up in a northwest san jose house for
$675/month +700 deposit each.
we have two cats already, no more pets are allowed, W/D
hookup (wd is going with one of the other roommates... we will
try to replace asap) gardener, lots of storage/parking.

the house is a 4 BDRM + converted garage. 1 of the 2 remaining
roommates (me!) lives in the garage, so there is a spare bedroom for
storage/catboxes/etc even with 4 people. the parts of the garage that
weren't made into a bedroom are also storage space. the driveway is
long and such that 3 cars can easily fit without having blocking
trouble.

nice neighborhood (2 schools, big houses) near moorpark and lawrence
expwy.

no smoking indoors (outside ok) no drugs or frequent parties.

male professional preferred, but anyone respectful who can make the
rent would be considered.
