Looking for NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR with atleast 5+ years of experience in
Open Network Management, Realtime troubleshooting and Change Implementation.
Event Documentation,technical writing would be plus.
Job Description: Problem isolation, recovery and documentation experience
for CISCO Routers,Cabletron HUBS and multiple LAN components. Knowledge
of TCP/IP, IPX, X.25,LAT SNMP, RIP,OSPF, DECNET and other Bridge/routing
protocols a must(some, not all). Usage of netview 6000,SUN NetManager,
Remote
LANview, Network General SNIFFER/LANALYZER a plus.
Responsibilities:- Support Network comprised of 500+ CISCO Routers and 1300+
Cabletron HUBS. Must be able to troubleshoot using several tools for
multiple
protocols. Advise management of any changes required in Network to improve
performance or enable Network growth. Technician supervisory skills are a
plus.
Location: Bay area  Duration: 6 months
