� This firm, is one of the few PC-oriented chipmakers that evolved
from the mainframe chip industry in the late 1980�s and has optimized
its chip development business by paralleling and even designing ahead
of quickly evolving PC chip requirements. 

They are currently seeking:

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
(Refer to Job Code:310)

You will design, develop and maintain this company�s advanced
multimedia software.

You will also interface with software vendors and technology partners
in new product development. 

Requires an MS in CS or EE, with 3 years of  DSP programming
experience.

Experience with Windows Host Signal Processing and MS Windows device
drivers is a plus.

Excellent communication skills required.
