WANTED: QA AND SUPPORT ENGINEER

This privately held corporation is the creator of the industry�s
leading portable document product, based on current retail shipments.

This firm develops and markets IBM PC and Macintosh application
software to OEMS, electronic publishers, and end users. Their current
clientele includes Fortune 100 companies. 

They are currently seeking:

QA AND SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Please Refer to: JOB# QASE1)

Primary Responsibilities Include:

� Testing software, diagnosing problems, assisting developers to
correct and enhance products, and assisting customers with software
issues via phone, email and far 
 
� Good communication skills and customer rapport required.  Experience
with trouble-shooting Mac and/or Windows hardware and software
strongly desired; internet, tech support or QA experience a plus.

Requirements: 

� Bachelor�s degree in computer science, mathematics or related field
required.
