� This firm, is one of the few PC-oriented chipmakers that evolved
from the mainframe chip industry in the late 1980�s.

They are currently seeking:

ASIC DESIGN ENGINEER 
(Refer to Job Code:311)

� You will be responsible for developing Mixed Signal Multimedia
ASIC�s.
� Your responsibilities will include logic design and device
verification.  

� You should possess a BSEE/MSEE with 1 or more years� of IC design
experience including VHDL design and Synthesis.
� A knowledge of PC based DSP, telephony and audio is desirable.
