SENIOR STAFF ENGINEERS-

This firm is the dominant supplier of financial asset management
systems.  They are now extending a real-time knowledge based portfolio
accounting system.  This product is developed with Internet style thin
client/browser to remote server/WAN technology.  Our product is coded
in UNIX/C++/.  Steep complexity, speed, change, scale confidence and
security requirements are being met.  A proprietary real-time main
memory intensive knowledge base management system (RT-KBMS) is the
foundation upon which their main product is built.  This technology is
designed to enable real-time integration with financial
trading/operational systems.

This company is looking for senior software engineers to take hands-on
responsibility for major segments of their current technology.  This
is a ground floor career opportunity for an intensely creative and
exceptionally prolific senior software engineer.

UNIX/C/C++ Programming Skill & Experience.  Object oriented analysis
and design.  Language Design & Implementation (lex,yacc,4GL
application specific procedural languages)  Ability to rapidly design
& hands-on generate high quality code.  Ability to architect major
portions of a million+ lines-of-code product.  BA/BS in Computer
Science (or related technical discipline coupled with significant
experience)

Graduate degrees (and/or studies) in computer science.  Any background
with data/knowledge management technology.  Broad experience with
hands-on development of advanced software (real-time, simulation,
financial analytic, numerical methods,  parallel programming, high
performance algorithms & data structures)  Basic Accounting and/or
Finance.  Knowledge of financial instruments & investment strategies.
MS-DOS/Win/Win NT.  GNU tools (g++/gd/etc.) Assembler.  Pure Tools.
