       Position:  CA-IPO-FI-A
       This PeopleSoft based Pre-IPO company has a focus on Net Computing
for Small
       and Medium Business.
       An original idea given many of our experiences in PeopleSoft when
deployed
       against a Fortune 2000 company.  The salaries are actually
competitive for
       Senior People.  No Bonus plan except where stock is involved.  The
stock
       plan should be enough to get many experienced PeopleSoft Functional's
       attention.

       Primary Responsibilities from the HR department:  Candidate will
serve as an
       individual contributor or as part of a project team under the high
level
       direction of a project manager.  Will work with clients in the
Silicon
       Valley at all levels within corporate structure to identify key
business
       requirements, configure PeopleSoft to meet those requirements, train
the
       client staff in the use of the PeopleSoft applications, and support
the
       client team post-implementation.  Responsible for the daily onsite
project
       management at local firms.

       Will use project management techniques and tools to establish and
maintain
       work schedules to ensure the project milestones are planned and
completed in
       a timely, cost effective manner.  Ability to keep clients, management
and
       supervisors informed of project activities and progress through
regular
       written and oral communications, meetings and status reports, and by
       reporting exceptional circumstances immediately.

       Skills Required:
       Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and stand-up
       presentation.
       Strong project management and people management.
       Detail working knowledge of all PeopleSoft modules relating to
Finance
       processes.
           (note: a single AP or single AR project is not what is in mind
here -
       the client would like multiple
           experiences:  AP AR GL etc ....)
       Technical:  Knowledge of Finance terminology, processes and
implementing
       these processes in ERP
       systems.  Good understanding of MS office products:  MS Word, excel,
Access,
       PowerPoint, Project
       Extremely well organized.

       Experience:
       Minimum 3 years full time experience in PeopleSoft applications
       implementation
       in a consulting capacity is required.  experiences should include
       implementation consulting, user training, upgrades, report
modification and
       queries, etc.

       Must have been responsible for the implementation of the Finance
processes
       in two complete PeopleSoft implementations and as an applications
specialist
       on at least one additional complete PeopleSoft implementation.
Project
       management using PM tools (such as Microsoft Project)

       Minimum four (4) years industry experience directly involved with
       Accounting/Finance (General Accounting,  Controller)

       Expected Work Process:  Currently 16 week installs for current
clients
       working to 12 week installs moving to 8-10 week installs as final
target.
       50% in the office / 50% at the clients in the Silicon Valley.

       When to go public:  While not speaking for the management of this
firm, it
       appears sometime in the next twelve months is likely.  This firm is
backed
       by Major Venture Capitalists.

       Salaries for experienced individuals:  Well above 100,000 with
significant
       stock.

       Education:
       Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent experience
