Hi, Allan:

We live in a Sunnyvale Apartment- Cherry Blossom Apartments.  It's on
Mangrove Avenue, directly behind the Firestation.  It's also near the
cross-streets Wolfe and El Camino.  It's very close to Lawrence
Expressway, Central Expressway and 101.  It is a really good area. 
Within 1/4 mile, you have 2 Safeway grocery stores and the closest
Safeway strip center (down the street from us) has just been entirely
redone.  It is really modern and nice.  

As for rent, we are paying $700/mo. for a one bedroom.  I think that the
current rent is $800.  Cats are allowed- with a pet deposit.  AND- we
have a cable modem.  We are beta testing, and it's great.  Not all
Sunnyvale people are beta testing, though.
