Complete hulls and Upper Front Clips are now available and ready for the
market.  Upper Front Clips have a 'joggle' built in to bond to existing top
deck.  (All additional supplies are included with parts to bond to deck.)

Fact:  Yamaha hulls, completely empty of all parts, weigh in at 200lbs.  
My hulls, polyester resin and hand-laid, weigh in at approximately 30%
less.  They are aircraft quality and have standard materials (no carbon
fibers or kevlars) to keep costs down.  

For the most serious racers, complete carbon-fiber hulls are available;
epoxy resin and vacuum bagged to be the lightest hull possible.  These
hulls will reduce hull weight by � or approximately 100lbs.  Engine mounts
and fasteners are built right in to match existing hull-mounts.  No
gel-coat on parts.

Polyester resin hulls use the best of standard glass.  These hulls,
stronger and lighter than SMC (Sheet Molded Compound) will reduce the cost
of exotic materials.  Gel-coat White or Yellow.  

Upper Front Clips have a built-in 'joggle' to match to existing hulls.  The
clip is cut in the front of the foam pads and continue in a straight line
to make the match as easy as possible.
The 'joggle', included in the part, gives you a three inch wide bond to the
existing hull.  This makes repairs as simple as removing the top front deck
and gluing the part to the hull.  (All bonding materials necessary to
complete repairs are included with every order.)

Complete upper decks are also available, Epoxy resin/ or Polyester resin. 
Gel-coat White

Hulls are available in White gel-coat or Yamaha Yellow.  Epoxy/carbon-fiber
hulls have no gel-coats to reveal the quality of the carbon fibers.  Upper
Front Clips are available only in white gel-coat.  This makes the match as
close as possible to existing hull colors.
