Hey guys, i just coded this last night.

basically what it is suppose to do is to keep track of how many times each
AIM screen name hits my webcam page. This is accomplished via aim's ability
to put the screen name into a query string. So say user "somedude" click on
the webcam link in my profile, the link about will become,
http://rbhs.ath.cx/~qball5/webcam.php?sn=somedude
Then the page goes through to check if the guys name is in the page, if it's
not, it will add it. However I noticed that if you refresh very fast, it
will wipe out all the contents of the file except for the one persons names,
or you can get some other funny screw  ups. Could someone take al look above
at the code and possibly help me figure out what the problem could be?
